Well your gear can definitly be improved with enchants and correct gemming. You also not are capped on spell hit rating, but with gems that should be done easily.

But anyways, yeah ill vouch for ya kray ^^

Yes.Get rid of the blue items and try getting more spell damage and hit rating.
